Anna Warren has been announced as our new Head of Tax – Asia, based out of our office here in Hong Kong.

Starting in April, Anna will lead our tax team in providing advice to clients in the region, to offer a highly personalised service for clients living and working overseas, as well as those returning to the UK or moving to new destinations. Sound tax advice forms a key part of The Fry Group’s approach to clients’ savings and investment planning requirements.

Anna began her training at KPMG in the Channel Islands, working in the audit practice for three years prior to joining their private client tax department. She transferred to London in 2012 to specialise in providing UK tax planning advice to high net worth individuals. Anna is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Chartered Accountant (CA).

In addition, Charlie Buxton has joined the team as a Portfolio Manager. Charlie was previously an Investment Manager at Hurley Partners in London, having worked as an Investment Manager at Investec Private Bank. He started his career at Tilney Bestinvest. Charlie is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

We are delighted to welcome Anna to lead our Asia tax team, bringing significant experience and expertise to this fast-growing part of our client offering. Together with Charlie these appointments support a core part of our strategy to strengthen our presence in Asia, enabling us to deliver the highest quality of client service across the region.
